Action Performed:

Precondition:

• Account has self DM.

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to self DM.
3. Track a manual expense.
4. Click Submit it to someone.
5. Select any user.
6. On confirmation page, click Create expense.
7. Click on the expense preview.

Expected Result:

Expense report preview in LHN should display the latest message in the expense report.
LHN preview should display "moved this expense to IOU".

Actual Result:

LHN preview displays "This chat is with..." when the expense report shows "moved this expense to IOU".

The issue is from #60688 where we remove MOVEDTRANSACTION from deprecation. I don't think we need to revert or make this a blocker.

I thought that we only needed to update the case to set the alternateText, but it's more than that. We also need to fix the wrong report ID, which is not MOVEDTRANSACTION.
