Action Performed:

1. Launch ND Hybrid app and sign in with a new gmail account
2. Enter a new gmail email address and tap "Next"
3. Tap "Join" button

Expected Result:

"Add your work email" screen is displayed when a new user is creating an account

Actual Result:

"What do you want to do today" is displayed before "Add work email", sometimes briefly, sometimes user has to "kill" and reopen the app to get the "Add work email" screen
