App Component: Workspace Settings

Action Performed:

1. Navigate to https://staging.new.expensify.com/
2. Log in with a new Expensifail account
3. Create a workspace with "EUR" default currency
4. Navigate to Workspace settings - Workflows - Connect bank account - Connect manually
5. Select "Croatia" as the Country
6. Click on the "Confirm" button
7. Input any data to all of the fields
8. Dismiss the RHP by clicking away
9. Click on the "Connect bank account" button
10. Click on the "Start over" button
11. Click on the "Yes, start over" button
12. Click on the "Connect manually" button
13. Click on the "Confirm" button

Expected Result:

"Starting over" the manual bank account flow should clear old data.

Actual Result:

"Starting over" the manual bank account flow isn't clearing old data.

BE Bug. ResetBankAccountSetup API returned 400, so Onyx data is not properly cleared.
