Action Performed:

1. Go to https://staging.new.expensify.com/home
2. Open 1:1 chat with a user
3. Create few manual expense
4. In expense reports & details page , tap more
5. Login app
6. As receiver if IOU, open the chat
7. In expense reports & details page , tap more

Expected Result:

In expense details page, in more section hold option must be shown.

Actual Result:

In expense details page, in more section hold option is not shown. On view details option is displayed.

Note: Hold option is present in more section in workpace chat but not in 1:1 expense.
