Action Performed:

Precondition:

• Log in with Gmail account.
• Create a workspace with "Delay submissions" and "Add approvals" disabled.

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat,
3. Click + > Create expense > Manual.
4. Upload a receipt.
5. Click Create expense.

Expected Result:

There should be no green button on the expense preview when the receipt is scanning.

Actual Result:

There is an empty green button on the expense preview when the receipt is scanning.

When the scanningn fails, it still shows the empty green button.
