The test expense flow is written to be manually reimbursed by the Manager

Solution

Remove the right arrow chat selection menu and only allow onboarding users to submit the test receipt to Manager McTest

I started working on this today. The fix should be fairly simple and I have it pretty much ready on my end. I'm just wondering if we should always disable this option if Manager McTest is selected? Or should we only disable it if it's the 'tooltips' flow?

We should only disable it if it's the tooltips / test scan receipt flow. We want to prevent users from sending the test receipt to random chats/workspaces
