Action Performed:

Precondition:
Fresh install of the Expensify Hybrid app or clearing cache and data.
Have an Expensifail account logged in to the Expensify Hybrid app.

Steps:

1. Go to file manager on device
2. Choose an image file to share
3. Tap on Woohoo!
4. Repeat steps 1-2

Expected Result:

The SmartScan in progress modal is displayed and a new expense is created.

Actual Result:

The second shared image is not smart scanned at all and the SmartScan in progress modal is not displayed.
