Action Performed:

1. Create an expense by scanning a receipt
2. On the Scan Expense Confirmation page Tap on the Description field.

Expected Result:

Tapping the Description field should immediately activate the cursor inside the input and bring up the keyboard without requiring an additional tap.

Actual Result:

The input field receives partial focus, but the cursor is not active, and the keyboard does not appear until the user manually taps again.
