App Component: Search

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to Reports.
3. Open Chats.
4. Go to Settings, then go back to Reports.
5. Note that app resets to Reports.
6. Select Outstanding status.
7. Go to Settings, then go back to Reports.
8. Note that app resets to Reports.

Expected Result:

In Step 5 and 8, after switching between Settings and Reports, the opened tab/status will be preserved.

Actual Result:

In Step 5 and 8, after switching between Settings and Reports, the opened tab/status is not preserved. The page resets to Expense/All.

The same issue also happens when applying filters and switching pages.
