App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Create a new workspace.
3. Go to workspace settings > Members.
4. Invite a member to the workspace.
5. Go offline.
6. Go to workspace settings > Workflows.
7. Enable Add approvals.
8. Click on the existing workflow.
9. Click Approver.
10. Select the member invited in Step 5 as the new approver.
11. Save the workflow.
12. Go back to Inbox.
13. Open FAB > Create expense > Manual.
14. Enter amount > Next.
15. Note that the workspace subtitle shows "Submits to [old approver]".
16. Click on the workspace.
17. Note that the workspace subtitle shows "Submits to [new approver]".

Expected Result:

In Step 15, the workspace subtitle should display "Submits to [new approver]".

Actual Result:

In Step 15, the workspace subtitle displays "Submits to [old approver]".
In Step 17, the workspace subtitle shows "Submits to [new approver]".
There is inconsistency in workspace subtitle between recipient list and the confirmation page.
