Action Performed:

1. Signed out from app.
2. Navigate to this link - https://staging.new.expensify.com/r/2091104345528462

Expected Result:

You can see the room as an anonymous user

Actual Result:

You can see the skeleton loader in chat report view.

@neil-marcellini let me know what you think. There's a chance that the most recent staging web deploy broke this, but I think it's more likely something in App broke this, so I don't think this should block the web deploy
