As a part of the migration to start using the
reportNameValuePairsOnyx collection in App, we migrated theprivate_isArchivedkey from the reports collection to thereportNameValuePairscollection.To finish this migration, we need to stop reading from the
reportscollection here and instead use thereportNameValuePairscollection
