Action Performed:

1. Navigate to https://staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to FAB > Submit expense > Scan
3. Allow the camera access
4. Navigate to manual then back to Scan ( do this multiple times)

Expected Result:

Scan receipt camera access permitted and open camera without an issue

Actual Result:

Scan receipt camera access permission reset
