Precondition:

• Use incognito window.
• Close incognito window and reopen if ND has been opened before.

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Log in with a new private domain account (Expensifail account).

Expected Result:

Central pane will open Concierge chat.

Actual Result:

Central pane is blank after logging in with a new Expensifail account.
