Action Performed:
Pre-requisite: user must be logged in with Gmail account (important)
- Go to any chatThe message should be sent and should not remain on the compose box
- Disable internet connection
- Send the message "Testing" (must be this message or something with "Test" on it)
- Verify it appears grayed out
- Reload the page
- Enable internet connection
- Reload the page again
Expected Result:
The message should be sent and should not remain on the compose box
Actual Result:
The message is sent but remains on the compose box

@bondydaa I haven't added the External label as I wasn't 100% sure about this issue. Please take a look and add the label if you agree it's a bug and can be handled by external contributors

looks like I was able to reproduce with some text other than
testas well.I did have to log in with a gmail account though, couldn't reproduce on my expensifail.com account.
I wonder if it's any public email?

I'm pretty sure this would be something in new dot so a contributor should be able to handle, going to add the external label.
