Action Performed:
Preconditions:
- Has a workspace (new or existing one)
- Prepare join url link - use WorkspaceID and admin email for that workspace - ex. https://dev.new.expensify.com:8082/workspace/7DE6960B26D79E36/join?email=tenema5675@bizatop.com
For user:
- Open link in a new tab (for a new user / or user which already logged in)
For Admin:
- When user used join link go to admin room and look for a message
- Sign out and re login again and go to admin room
Expected Result:
Admin should see a message to accept or decline the joining request without re logging in
Actual Result:
No message comes through unless admin re logins

@grgia I haven't added the External label as I wasn't 100% sure about this issue. Please take a look and add the label if you agree it's a bug and can be handled by external contributors.
