Mobile: Keyboard is auto open when user enter to AddSecondaryLoginPage but not for PasswordPage and PaymentsPage

Expected Result:

App should have uniinformality either keyboard should open when user enter inside page or keyboard should not open automatically.

Actual Result:

For AddSecondaryLoginPage when user entered keyboard open automatically due to autoFocus in TextInput but for PasswordPage and PaymentsPage user need to give focus to textinput.

Action Performed:

1. Open the app and login.
2. Go Settings and select Profile.
3. Click on "Add Phone Number"
4. You can see keyboard auto open
5. In other case go to settings
6. Click on Change Password, keyboard not open automatically

Reproduced on iOS, agreed that we should make that consistent. It's relatively low-impact, so I would recommend a Monthly once we pass through engineering triage
