Action Performed:

1. Open Android app
2. Hold on plus "new" icon and release it after a few seconds
3. Observe the result
4. Open mobile web chrome app
5. Hold on "new" plus icon and release it after a few seconds

Expected result:

The result should be consistent on Android app and on mWeb

Actual result:

Holding down on new icon and releasing it after a few seconds opens up the menu on Android but not on mWeb

Workaround:

Can the user still use Expensify without this being fixed? Have you informed them of the workaround?
