Pulling files doesn't write any data on Windows 11 through SMB shares.

Granted this was in a VM, but I'm still marking it as a bug because its still syncing between machines

I just tested it between physical machines and it works, however I'm leaving the issue open. I can see a use where people would want to backup VMs.

I have confirmed its an issue with how vmware writes to the shared folder IO. Closing issue

After hours of testing I have figured out that its an issue with how Windows 11 handles SMB write semantics. It seems to no longer reliably flush the incoming FileStream. I'm sure this is a Window 11 related issue but I'm reopening because it is a bug.
