Coming in at clm4_5_16_r254 the wrong filename was added to the XML namelist_defaults_xlmc4_5.xml for the camdenNJ file. It is entered as: surfdata_1x1_camdenNJ_16pfts_CMIP6_simyr2000_c170824.nc and should be surfdata_1x1_camdenNJ_16pfts_Irrig_CMIP6_simyr2000_c170824.nc
