Mask is removed from grid definition, so CLM config_compsets.xml needs to change

cime5.2.0.alpha.20 has an updated grid definition that removes the "mask" part of the name. Thus the grid to match for in config_compsets.xml for CLM has to change to remove the mask part in the match.

Hence changes like the following where "_m%gx1v6 is removed from the grid match...

OK, turns out this was an unintentional change in cime. It's assigned issue #1079.

Updating to cime5.2.0.alpha23 doesn't fix this problem even though this was supposed to be fixed in cime. But, the workaround below is harmless. I think the only issue might be when we need this cime feature for CLM5.0.

OK, the new grid definition includes other grids, so there is an additional free mask that is needed when you match with mask which is still the last match to make...

So grid matches should be like...

The new way that we are referencing grids is with a grid attribute that matches the grid alias. So this is handled, and closing as fixed.
