UPGRADE_MOAT.md said the messenger pause freezes withdrawals only from
dogeos-v0.3.0-rc.4(f185d9f). That commit is in no tag, and rc.4 was tagged a few minutes before #71 merged, so rc.4 still guardsrelayMessage. #71 (08c45a2) first ships indogeos-v0.3.0-rc.5(be94674, rc.4 + #71). This updates the four references; docs only, prettier-clean.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
