Adds an optional asynchronous transform for downloaded header batches before normal downloader validation and persistence. This provides temporary geth/l2geth-to-Reth historical sync compatibility during the controlled pre-Tsuki crossover; the default download path remains synchronous, and Reth never serves transformed headers.
Remove this patch after all nodes have migrated to Reth and the compatibility window ends.
