Chat messages currently use generic person and lightning icons. Show the active workspace profile photo (with initials fallback) for the user and the shared LaunchStack mark for the assistant. Enlarge the avatars, improve header spacing, and give user messages a subtle rounded panel. Shared and continued chats retain the original asker's identity; custom agents retain their own avatars.
Validation: 27 relevant tests passed across chat timeline, shared chats, agents, and logo consistency. Web TypeScript, targeted ESLint, Prettier, and git diff checks passed. Exercised the real chat preview in desktop light/dark themes and at 390px mobile width: sending, saved-message reload, photo loading, broken-photo fallback, and no horizontal overflow or browser runtime errors.
