The instrumentation is not enabled by default, since more testing needs to be done.
It can be enabled by setting
-Ddd.integration.mule.enabled=trueorDD_INTEGRATION_MULE_ENABLED=true, together with-Ddd.integration.grizzly-filterchain.enabled=trueorDD_INTEGRATION_GRIZZLY-FILTERCHAIN_ENABLED=true.
