Unable to reopen previously parted channel

If you part a channel and close the window, and try and rejoin it, the client will join, but the window will not open again.

This has been like this for a while.

I can repeat it when going back as far as Sep14. Can't really go back further because older versions of the client can't compile anymore because we can't pull from aritfactory becuase it no longer lets you access /repo which we used to use.

Allowed access to repo in artifactory, but now other build problems 'cos we renamed things :(

Deleted ident plugin from my test build, and can now build back to Jul 6th, still get the bug.

This still seems to be broken in some cases.

I can't reproduce at will though which is annoying.
