• exercise installed Python and native Node bindings plus CLI recovery observations
• aggregate exact-SHA Windows/macOS native oracle artifacts fail closed and freeze the merged perf(storage): add CodSpeed durability and transaction regression baselines #782 benchmark fixture/baseline contract
