fix(python): align bulk helper readback with construction contract #355

Description

@DecisionNerd

Problem

The fail-closed public API BDD cutover in #347 exposed that Python add_nodes() accepts list and Arrow inputs but the documented execute readback counts do not match afterward.

Acceptance criteria

  • List-of-records and Arrow-table inputs publish the documented node counts atomically.
  • Receipts and query readback agree.
  • Exact retry, conflict, and close/reopen behavior remain Rust-owned and deterministic.

Related to #347. These scenarios remain explicitly excluded from release-tested BDD evidence until this issue closes.
