Die Status-Zelle muss mit einem der acht in PLAN definierten Werte beginnen, aber alle vier neuen Zeilen beginnen mit Startvertrag. parseGoals() klassifiziert DR-07c/d/e1/e2 deshalb reproduzierbar als invalid, sodass HQ-Zählungen nicht erkennen können, ob die Pakete geplant, bereit oder in Arbeit sind. Präfixiere die Angaben beispielsweise mit Geplant:, damit der kanonische PLAN für Abgleich und Dispatch auswertbar bleibt.

Root übernimmt Abnahme und Startzuweisung; die Tests sind noch nicht in das Repository portiert.

Only docs/PLAN.md +77/-3 (80 ALL), base origin/main 85ab286 (#681 merged21:42:27Z). Chief disposition of Root-delegated proposal msg-0mv02koqa-49ce4f1b, qualified by qfytpd's contract evidence msg-0mv02o72m-1e798c11. Four independent single-file test-port packages, no size exception. Existing #731/#732/#734 have distinct file lists; #733's handed-off head is unchanged.
The ALL counts are qfytpd's measured scratch preparation, not Chief's repo implementation measurement. Each actual implementation diff, including imports/duplicated header/ROOT constant, must be measured and remain <=300. Source ranges, exact start lines for all28 store test blocks, full raw SHA256 manifest and permitted D2-only changes are in PLAN. Chief independently rehashed all3 original files and read the complete block-boundary mapping:10+18, no omitted or duplicated store test. Raw file rows109/213/358 exclude the final empty split element; newline-split source numbering/targets are distinguished from actual Git ALL. No source/test files written or tests executed here to claim port completion.
Allowed deviations: synthetic ROOT, constructor rootAgentId fixtures (owner measured sender18/e1 13/e2 8/priority0), CRLF-to-LF and necessary split-boundary blank lines. Preserve embedded child source in store P1:251 inside test starting:248; it has no ROOT and putQuestion does not need it. No shared helper, runtime, package.json, delivery or Playwright changes. Changed server root gate/allowlist can expose a sender HTTP deviation: document compiling RED and obtain a separately scoped Root disposition; do not silently fix production inside a parity port or manufacture RED for already-green imported tests.
Owner proposed existing qfytpd; Root/active execution coordinator binds each actual server execution site after fresh model/vendor/quota/RAM/cargo/slot/ownership checks. One branch/worktree/Draft PR per cut. Same owner executes sequentially, without artificial cross-file predecessor dependencies. Reuse existing port→node→suite/prepush→Root handoff, no new team/dispatcher/agent/QA. Pure test port Tier C; Root may explicitly request B, requiring one foreign vendor at the actual candidate. Runtime findings are newly tiered separately. Ready only after Root head acceptance; Mergify only.
Two previously queued metadata corrections included: WT is already decided as userF1 in PLAN inbox, so remove its stale predecessor wording without changing capabilities; Z4-ARCH-11 now links native verified pending ticket0e7793b4. The proposal's related UUID was invalid; actual parent55ea21ce-1f3d-4fcb-9bf7-704db5660b19 is native-verified and bound in PLAN, no mailbox/plumbing repair.

First attempt exceeded the native SSH300s limit while Rust compiled after a build lock: incomplete, discarded. After verifying no own gate/cargo survived, fresh resource check22:05:48Z showed12799MiB available and no cargo; complete retry on unchanged head exited0. Denkraum86/86 and hygiene26 files/0 findings in the first attempt are partial evidence only; final full lane is authoritative. Documentation Tier C.
NICHT ABGEDECKT
No repo implementation or future node/prepush/review/acceptance/Windows evidence for these four ports. Owner's101/101 scratch passes used old P1server plus root shim and are not proof on current repo server. Future sender HTTP retry/save routes must run against composed R676 gate/allowlist. Parent P1 coverage/product behavior is not complete from this documentation. Live resource/vendor/owner availability is rechecked at dispatch. Linux excludes cfg(windows) tests and Windows clippy; prepush excludes browser smoke/frontend build/linux workflow gates and external service state. Bounded open PR file checks are not exhaustive process ownership proof. No new worker, Ready/TODO promotion, installation or release performed.
