Report

Package: DOC-OPERATORS · Operator: UMSETZEN · Review: Stufe C
Goal / benefit: Clear task boundaries, authority and required outputs for every provider.
Parent / owner: Root dispatch; assigned documentation worker.
Native evidence: get_goal initially returned goal: null; create_goal returned status: active with the bounded DOC-OPERATORS acceptance. The post-push get_goal confirmed that goal remains active until checked draft handover. Parent acceptance and integration remain separate.
Candidate: d47274ab8aae7acb154e41225313ef0ec62e2f2e
Base: main; merge-base ecd9ecff687c8b2c000dda71d863d6710dabf793.

What changed

  • Added all 16 stable operator tokens in a 45-line English section immediately before Detailed operating reference in AGENTS.md: meaning, write/push/PR authority and required output.
  • Defined the minimal brief header, read-only reporting without commits, rules 4/7 applicability, review independence and named-owner/user decision authority.
  • Appended identical eight-line summaries to both workflow skills. Total diff: 63 additions across the three authorized files, no deletions. A local Python assertion checked section length, summary length, identical copies and preservation of every original line.
  • Preserved the ten core rules, PLAN and the regions reserved for Make docs/PLAN.md the single plan with goals Z1-Z4 (Lane F/C) #642. No new gate, dependency or runtime change.
  • Commit trailer: No-Test: documentation-only convention (task operators).

Evidence

Observed on 2026-10-08 in the assigned worktree; all commands completed in the foreground.

Command Exit code Result
rg -n "AGENTS.md|projecta-workflow" scripts src-tauri src tools 0 Located setup/skill-copy checks, lane classification and guidance-reader fixtures
node --test scripts/lib/agent-setup-check.test.mjs 0 20 passed
bash scripts/test-lane-plan.sh 0 All cases passed, including AGENTS classification
npm run dev:agent-check 0 14 OK, 5 optional warnings, 0 failures; CLAUDE import and skill parity confirmed
git diff --check 0 No whitespace errors
bash scripts/ci/gates.sh lane precommit 0 Secret scan clean; Rust-input gates skipped by the existing docs-only policy
bash scripts/ci/gates.sh lane prepush 0 All 22 gates green on candidate, 215 seconds; Rust guidance-reader tests included
git push -u origin codex/doc-operators-agents-md 0 Full prepush hook also passed, 117 seconds
git ls-remote origin codex/doc-operators-agents-md 0 Remote head equals candidate SHA above
git status --short 0 Clean worktree after push

Full lane results: 506 frontend tests passed; 687 HQ tests passed with 2 skipped; 36 Denkraum tests passed; 1874 Rust tests passed with 7 skipped. Startcheck initially returned 1 for two running Cargo builds; after the required wait it returned 0, as did subsequent pre-gate checks. No build was started during the resource wait.

NICHT ABGEDECKT

  • Linux does not compile or execute #[cfg(windows)] tests or the Windows clippy branches. The Windows lane runs in the merge queue.
  • Browser smoke, frontend production build and remaining linux-lane-only workflow checks were not part of local prepush. External service state and provider adoption of the convention were not tested.
  • Skipped HQ/Rust tests remain unexecuted. Agent-check optional warnings cover unavailable reviewer tooling/configuration; provider quota and actual runtime model were not measured by startcheck.

Reviews and disposition

Review: Stufe C. No external review required or performed; Root acceptance remains pending. No review findings. The worker does not mark ready, label or merge.

Open points / handover

Implemented, locally tested and pushed; this draft hands over the bounded documentation package. Root/Chief owns acceptance, Ready and Mergify integration, including the Windows verdict. #642 overlap was resolved by the specified insertion positions. No implementation blocker remains; the parent goal stays open until its own acceptance.
