At push time origin/main had moved to e4a8df497eae941c4b81bb026cbf454a3bfb6678 (PR #611, only docs/dev-hq/README.md). The root README.md did not conflict, so main was not merged into this branch.

What changed

• README header: the SVG <img> is now a <picture> with assets/banner-dark.png for dark mode and assets/banner-light.png as the default. assets/banner.svg stays in the repo.
• New README section „So sieht ProjectA 2.0 aus (Entwurf)“, directly after „Wo steht ProjectA?“: leitstand.png full width, then agent-starten.png and beweise.png side by side, each with one German caption. The section says these are design drafts for the approved 2.0 plan and that today's testable app is v1.5.1 and looks different.
• The README on this base had no v1.5.1 screenshot, so none was relabeled and none was invented.
• docs/TESTEN.md: two lines that link the gallery and repeat that v1.5.1 looks different.
• assets/social-preview.png is in the tree for a manual GitHub social-preview upload. It is not embedded in the README.

NICHT ABGEDECKT

• This prepush run is the Windows half. The #[cfg(unix)] tests do not compile here (KNOWN_ISSUES KI-7). The Linux clippy arms were not run.
• The prepush lane does not run browser-smoke, the frontend build, or the workflow gates (those are on the linux lane).
• External services (updater endpoint, OmniRoute, mirror) are not checked.
• GitHub dark-mode rendering of <picture> not checked in a browser.
• The desktop app was not launched. The gallery images are the supplied 2.0 drafts, not a capture of v1.5.1.
• GitHub's social-preview card was not checked; the user uploads assets/social-preview.png by hand.

Reviews and disposition

Tier C: gates suffice, no external review. Status: pending (coordinator). This PR stays a draft.
