Phase 1 of UI v2 (design only): four standalone, clickable mockups of the main window (Werkbank, Stellwerk, Atelier, Protokoll) derived from the Dev HQ language, a German inventory of today's main window with file:line references, a comparison page, screenshots at 1440x900 and 1024x768, and a WCAG AA contrast check over every direction's tokens (134 pairs). All four share one state vocabulary (shape + word + colour) proposed for app and HQ. No-Test: design mockups and docs only, no runtime code Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
new URL(..., import.meta.url).pathname yields "/C:/..." on Windows, which Node resolves to "C:\C:\...". Five hq-test cases in dev-plan-lint, dev-bench-weekly and readme-version therefore failed in every local Windows prepush/branchpush lane (the Linux CI lane was unaffected). Use fileURLToPath, which is correct on both platforms. No-Test: test-only fix; the five failing hq-test cases on Windows are the red evidence and pass after it Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Coordinator note (2026-10-06): the user has since chosen the direction for UI 2.0 — an AgentsRoom-like structure with a liquid-glass look (canvas "ProjectA 2.0 Glass"). These four directions stay as a design record and input; this PR stays a draft until the glass concept lands in docs/design. |

Hier sind vier klickbare Entwürfe für das neue Hauptfenster von ProjectA: Werkbank, Stellwerk, Atelier und Protokoll. Öffne

What changed (design only,
docs/design/2026-10-ui-v2/, no change undersrc/orsrc-tauri/)BESTANDSAUFNAHME.md: German inventory of today's main window withfile:linereferences, what the Dev-HQ language carries, earlier design rounds (cited, not copied), and the top recommendation: one state vocabulary and token set shared by app and HQ. Today green means "ready to merge" in the app (src/styles.css:165) but "done" in the static HQ (docs/dev-hq/hq.css:497-500).direction-a.html…direction-d.html: standalone mockups of the full main window with inline CSS/JS, no network (D embeds the HQ's Recursive font as a data URI). Each has 8 workers (needs ×2, working ×2, error, paused, merge, idle), 4 tabs, realistic agent output, and a status bar with quota, RAM, queue and cargo slots. Interactive: select a worker, switch and close tabs (arrows, Home, End), and answer a needs-input worker inline. Dark in all four; C also carries light mode.prefers-reduced-motionrespected. Each file opens with its direction contract (world, palette, type, grid, motion, signature, cut) and a FRÜHER note on what it takes from the earlier rounds of 28.08. and 29.08.index.html: comparison page (thesis, 1440 shot, strongest point and link per direction, state vocabulary, earlier drafts, proof and limits).contrast-check.mjs: reads each direction's<style id="tokens">and its declared pair list, and checks WCAG AA (text 4.5:1, control edges and focus 3:1) in dark mode and, for C, light mode.shots/: 1440×900 and 1024×768 per direction, plus interaction shots (error worker selected, question answered, C light).Evidence
node docs/design/2026-10-ui-v2/contrast-check.mjs:134/134 pairs pass across 4 directions, exit 0. Negative check: darkening--fogin a copy of direction A gives20/24, exit 1.document.fonts.ready. 2 inspection rounds plus one targeted re-check of B at 1024. Fixed in the process: B tab IDs truncating and tiles clipping, C inspector overflow, D inbox wrapping at 1024, A option-button fill lost to specificity. Final run: no page errors and no horizontal overflow in any direction at 1440 or 1024.git commitpre-commit laneprecommit: crlf, eol, secrets, architecture-drift, typecheck green; fmt and cargo-check skipped (no Rust input).prepush, on 55696f8: 20 gates green including hq-test, clippy and rust-suite, total 293 s, push exit 0; remote verified withgit ls-remote= 55696f8. The attempt before it failed once inselftest-win-signal(casenever-finishing-run-times-out-with-3: rc 3 correct, conclusion=timeoutline missing). That test is timing-dependent and unrelated to this diff; it passed in the hotfix lane before and on the retry. Recorded as a flaky candidate, not fixed here. The first push attempt was blocked by a pre-existing Windows bug in threehq-testfiles, fixed separately in the hotfix PR this branch is stacked on (hotfix/win-url-pathname-tests). Once that merges, this PR's diff is docs only.NICHT ABGEDECKT
#[cfg(unix)]tests (KI-7); no Rust touched.Review. Tier C (docs and mockups, no runtime effect). No external review; gates suffice.
