Moved spawnPty, writePty, resizePty, killPty, getScrollback, onPtyOutput and onPtyExit verbatim from src/lib/ipc.ts into the new leaf src/lib/ipc/pty.ts. ipc.ts stays the public barrel and re-exports all seven names.
