What changed

The original S1 moved two complete source sections to the lossless reference, preserving their headings and links. This correction adds only 15 lines to AGENTS.md: six PR bullets plus a blank line and seven merge bullets plus a blank line, immediately before the existing reference links. No other bytes changed since the reviewed head. The reference is read-only and unchanged; PLAN, source, tests, commands, configuration, skills and core rules were not edited.

• PR summary: one DRAFT PR/package, full own prepush before push, remote-head verification, WIP limit 15, coordinator action on drafts without commits for 48 h, main merge only for real conflicts, predecessor base retained until coordinator retargeting.
• Merge summary: Mergify only, explicit standalone queue comment after green checks, Root/Chief-deputy ownership of review-ok, reviewed-head binding and invalidation on push, non-author review families, Report heading, do-not-merge exclusion, no manual merge and pointer to emergency procedure.
• Each inserted block is at most eight physical lines even counting its trailing blank: 7 / 8 lines, 6 / 7 bullets.
• Final raw PR size: 213 lines = 121 added + 92 deleted, across the original two files; original S1 was 198, correction adds 15. Below 300; no size exception or policy relaxation.
• Final AGENTS.md: 25,797 UTF-8 bytes / 406 lines. The overall 8,192-byte goal remains unmet and is not claimed by S1.

NICHT ABGEDECKT

• Linux does not compile or execute #[cfg(windows)] tests (run_in_pty, npm_shim, ConPTY, DPAPI) or Windows clippy branches. The Windows lane remains with the merge queue.
• Existing skips remain: Rust 7, HQ Node suite 3, Denkraum Node suite 1. No tests, assertions or skip/timeout/retry settings changed.
• Full linux lane, HQ browser smoke, frontend production build and workflow-specific gates were not run separately. The Denkraum browser tests included in prepush passed (33).
• No desktop app launch, visual acceptance, runtime product claim, external-service check, adoption, token-saving or efficiency measurement.
• The AgentsRoom memory tool and lage-jetzt mirror were unavailable. Native usage_overview/quota_rules_list functions were not exposed; current usage was observed from this session's own native rate-limit event, separately from start-check's explicit missing-usage warning. No configuration or limits were changed.
• Agent-check optional reviewer/harness warnings remain. No reviewer was commissioned by this worker.
• The canonical PLAN row still says not started/no PR. Editing PLAN is outside this AGENTS-only correction; Root must reconcile it before review-ok.

Review and handover

Review: ausstehend (Stufe C). Gate proof is complete; exact-new-head acceptance and bounded finding closure remain with Root. This worker kept #1832 DRAFT and did not set ready/review-ok, queue or merge it.

Implemented, checked and pushed are observed; accepted, merged and overall Z2-AGENTS-SLIM completion are not claimed. Next owner: Root, with Chief retaining dispatch authority. Reconcile PLAN, verify the exact correction delta and determine the PR disposition. Subsequent slimming remains outside this correction.

Scope, integration and PLAN ledger

Only the owner and status cells of the unique Z2-AGENTS-SLIM row (docs/PLAN.md:147) change against current main. The goal, ordered dependencies, place, tier, acceptance requirements and legacy ticket 77c993f3 remain verbatim. The owner names the existing S1 worker and separates Stabs dispatch, Root acceptance and PLAN maintenance. The status describes the post-merge target: S1 delivered through #1832 after Root acceptance and Mergify; overall status remains In Arbeit, with 25797 bytes and the full <=8192-byte goal OPEN. Further cuts need their own Root-approved scope and current base; the row dispatches nobody.

Actual handover state is OPEN/DRAFT, unmerged, with exact-head Root acceptance pending. The target wording does not grant that acceptance. DONE PLAN-v2 parent work and the accepted master Stand/header remain unchanged.

The normal row correction caused a real three-way conflict: git merge-tree --write-tree HEAD origin/main exited 1, identifying only docs/PLAN.md; the subsequent authorized git merge --no-commit origin/main exited 1 for that same conflict. Resolution retained current main byte-for-byte outside the named row and retained the accepted S1 AGENTS/reference bytes. A normal merge commit completed with hooks. No freshness merge, rebase, amendment, force push, reset or stash occurred.

The final real Git integration tree equals the final HEAD tree. The whole actual PR diff against current main is 215 raw/NONMOVE lines, across exactly three files:

No size exception is used. Incoming already-merged main history is not counted as package edits. Source, tests, commands, gates, configuration, skills, other PLAN rows, subplan and archive content match current main. No new package or installation was needed.

Both unchanged production readers ran against exact current-main blobs and the final candidate, including the unchanged v2 subplan: 664 -> 664 plan-model occurrences and 186 -> 186 HQ occurrences. Only the own row's owner/raw status/normalized status changes: in_review -> in_progress and In Prüfung -> In Arbeit. Every other field, ID, ordered dependency, duplicate occurrence order, Z1–Z4 structure, problem, decision, target and subplan remains identical. HQ's Z2 counts change exactly from 4 to 3 in review and from 3 to 4 in progress. Both actual broken-target sets are empty. The master outside the own row is byte-identical to current main.

One external helper initially demanded unchanged aggregate counts despite this authorized status change (exit 1). The preserved failure was diagnosed and corrected to assert exactly those two count changes and every other aggregate unchanged; rerun exit 0. All row, field, byte and ordering assertions remain. No repository, production reader or native harness logic was changed.

Lossless S1 and current rules

Fresh final-head checks confirm all current-main rules outside the original two source sections are retained. Both full current-main sections are byte-identical to the original S1 source and occur exactly once in the unchanged reference, with unique headings, anchors and links. Original mapping from the preserved report remains valid: PR section 2377 bytes, SHA-256 423f675b406e4c6f6ffc8e69ae39967a8b2c8285e0b7beab50de711f8cd4c6f8; Merging section 3909 bytes, SHA-256 764dc145782ae12539e6e304d61bd6eb699ed1600963024b3451cf960e360d05.

Fresh REAL native A3 on the final head

Final master: 156244 bytes, below 262144; SHA-256 7d3125346854a072135ebf6659147dbcd9ace931a6fdd97476687103b8f43f1d. A fresh final-HEAD archive and independent before/after verification bind 1818 exported files, including 274 native files, to the candidate. Native manifest SHA-256: b520bbb012e4bc062f5ca252442c2a0fb439e0f2ab3de3829fadc24bcf8381f2; the identical native manifest follows from unchanged native code, not a reused receipt.

The existing 11421-byte harness remains byte-identical, SHA-256 1061e2871c85791a0071232044940b7cae0ec89a515029795127bf740f279ec9. It is appended only to the external scratch export's store.rs. Only external helper coordinates, fixture identity and final-head binding were adapted. Assertions, cases, skips and timeouts remain unchanged.

Fresh locked/offline compilation: 10:38:57–10:40:00 UTC. Actual native execution: 10:40:09 UTC, 1 passed, 0 failed, 0 ignored, with 2178 unrelated tests filtered by the existing exact test selector. All 38 DF rows at current lines 891–928 match IDs, titles, acceptance, ordered dependencies and project/plan/path/source-revision bindings. Stored full source equals the final HEAD blob. The real guidance reader digest and projection sourceRevision equal sha256:7d3125346854a072135ebf6659147dbcd9ace931a6fdd97476687103b8f43f1d.

The isolated Store import yields revision 1; identical reimport remains 1; stale CAS is rejected; reopening retains current/historical revision 1; project and plan isolation pass. All 13 reader boundaries and 10 Store error cases pass, including the inclusive 262144-byte boundary and 262145-byte rejection. No desktop app, production database or worker queue was started or modified.

Commands and exits

All commands ran sequentially in the foreground, in the assigned worktree. <proof> means the external reports/agents-slim-s1-plan-nb2/; <binary> is emitted by the fresh native compile. Full commands, timestamps, working directories and unmasked exits are stored externally.

Actual own session observation on 2026-10-24: Codex CLI 0.163.0, provider openai, model gpt-6-astra, effort high, session 01a16d78-f692-7e11-bb8c-7458aa75e706. Current native limit receipts are private external evidence and separate from npm's missing-usage warning. Own initial get_goal returned null; a bounded NB2 handover goal was created and rechecked. No previous goal was resumed or falsely closed. Objective editing is not supported by the exposed goal functions; this report records the milestone. Full Z2-AGENTS-SLIM and prior parent goals are unchanged.
