Fixes two live false positives the 8.6.0 seed rule produced within an hour of shipping: a tag push from a checked-out main, and a compound checkout-and-push of a feature branch. evaluate() now parses explicit push refspecs — tags and --tags never match a branch condition; a named branch refspec is judged as its destination (stricter and correct: pushing origin main denies from any checkout); only a bare push falls back to HEAD. New test covers nine command shapes. 967 passed; ruff clean. Version 8.6.2.
