PG Settings Checksum feature does not work as expected #467

Description
Describe the issue:
The checksum generated by a psql connection that the user would use to set what should be the "valid" checksum will likely never match the checksum that is generated by the monitoring user when it connects from the exporter. Therefore it will always appear invalid. Even seeing the checksum change between different exporter sessions
Right now, not sure how this feature can work as expected. Will likely have to deprecate it for now until a different method to generate the hash that will match what the exporter expects can be found.
