100-PR batch review at Merged to Reviewed scope: Gaussian asymmetric COPY exclusion in a restricted planar/rectangle class; no arbitrary-decoder optimum asserted. The pinned scoped command passed; the batch ledger contains its command, input hashes, environment and log. This incorporates the research/tooling contribution and does not change the selected κ or discharge the inherited multiplication-theorem assumptions. Batch review, attribution and evidence. Thank you for the contribution. |

This mathematical research note closes three restricted routes toward a cheaper asymmetric decoder for the 60 Gaussian E8 lines. It does not establish the unrestricted optimum or claim a new kappa.
The inherited Dfc accounting gives
D/T <= -120whenever these classes have cost at least 60. Even zero additional helper, source-access, frame, restoration, and recursive expenses cannot give a positive deficit. Partial supports and unrestricted mixtures remain open.Base:
66849e1475c930fd7732b1a0067ffee7e1e95f60. Only the new research package changes. Predecessor credit and source pins cover PR620, PR703, and the format-limit accounting. The final overlap check identifies @thakrarsagar's concurrent PR738 general floor of 40; these are distinct, stronger subclass obstructions, not an improvement to that general bound.Validation:
The main replay passes on Python 3.9.6 and 3.14.6. A relocated committed archive passes both commands. The independent audit imports no package geometry or verifier code. Checks include 480 independent rational rank comparisons, 120 corrupted incidence witnesses, exact cost-60 and cost-820 decompositions, and complete finite kernel certificates. Optimized Python is rejected by the main verifier. No proof-assistant formalization or independent human review is claimed.
