Summary

Conditional κ = 0.001654108529511355 (conservative 0.001654108526615491). This is +1.54×10⁻⁷ over PR655 (0.00165395497190225).

Change: owner map only. The word, construction, all code and the PR589 bit supplier are exactly PR655's; every code and construction file is byte-identical, so PR655's independent review signatures apply unchanged. The new map comes from a joint two-call search (an implementation of jaymosley07's PR653 nomination: release two calls together, accept only exact integer-majorization improvements). It made 44 moves over 4 passes, starting from PR655's map.

Verification

From a fresh clone of commit 0805e78, with no reused artifacts (Windows, CPython 3.11.11):

  • verify_manifest.py: PASS, 97 files
  • reproduce.py --until word: rebuilt PR645's word from PR635
  • reproduce_layers.py: rebuilt the layered word and locals; PASS layer-end-controls
  • audit_local.py: PASS_INDEPENDENT_EXACT_FORWARD_AND_DUAL_ENDPOINT_FRAMES_ENTRANCES_CONES
  • verify_global.py: PASS invoice, assembly, admission-controls and bit-supplier-controls; PASS_GAUGE44_NATIVE_EXACT_GLOBAL_ASSEMBLY 0.001654108529511355

The exact commands are in research/gauge44-layered-b/README.md.

Scope

Conditional on PR645's premises and on PR589's bit-supplier assumptions in place of PR543's. No unconditional theorem or Lean certification is claimed.

Credits

  • icekylinx (PR645): gauge44 construction, package and verifier.
  • PR589 lineage: the bit supplier.
  • PR601/604/617/627 and PR635/637 lineage (DreamingOfClouds, jeremydiviney, CarrierBypass and our earlier PRs): the end constructions these layers port.
  • vectorsss / Chi Zhao (PR638) and jaymosley07 (PR653): owner-search methods our packers build on.

Contributor

Thank you @jeremykothe2. This contribution is now retained on main in the scoped 100-PR review and contributor credits.

Contribution: Joint two-call owner map on the layered word.

Review and limits: Every construction/code file remains fixed; new ownership changes the actual moment. Credit the prior joint-call search mechanism and this distinct witness.

The complete original source, notices and relevant execution evidence are retained through the pinned source archive. The review distinguishes fresh local runs, source-bound historical Linux CI and prior exact-head review; it does not claim 100 fresh full mathematical audits. Closing this historical PR as reconciled. This preserves parallel and cumulative credit without replacing the selected frontier or promoting priced research targets to completed constructions.

…for their op multiset (no kappa claim)

Frame-side lower bounds with scope and hypotheses: S1 Hall lemma (11 eight-line blocks, given shipped end-of-A frames), Lawler minimality (value-forced, shipped-order partner frames) of the S3/S4 copies, bridges and holders, the cut needing 8 centres, and the pre-read minimum 66. Single verify.sh with step-0 provenance (blob ids / sha256); open gaps stated.
