Transfers PR637's four dim-8 cold ends to CK (raw helpers233,265,425,441). Each width drops9→8; CK's paid-profile delta is {1:+8,2:-4,4:+4,5:-4}. JP8 and the71-JP8/1-CK dispatch remain unchanged. An integer21-owner neighborhood produces idle {40:1,48:2229}, recorded as38 changed rows against pinned PR638.

Includes the portable CK constructor, deterministic owner exporter, six pinned dependencies and independent exact verification. All23 core admission files are unchanged from PR637; no admission checks were weakened.

Completed before publication: exact bindings, physical owner controller and23 mutants, invoice, both moment engines,114 assembly controls, CK native/reflected/local/wrapper/phase checks and51 cold-end mutations. The independent rational native/owner check and five mutations pass. Owner reconstruction passes normal and isolated optimized Python with four corruption controls.

Full fresh replay now passes 64/64 stages without reuse, in 371.07 seconds. All 51 artifact and 64 stage-log hashes were independently checked. Supplemental owner/rational checks, five owner mutations, six U4 mutations for each supplier, declarations, exact CK recipe reproduction and owner reconstruction with four mutations pass.
