This package applies exact coefficient changes at several times in PR6144's full word. It removes 114 ADDs and one unread INIT/COPY/CLEAR lifetime: 22,818 events become 22,701. All 3,449 native MOVE records, public boundaries and productive targets stay identical. The complete recursive invoice is unchanged. No new κ is claimed.

The proof gives a finite coefficient-change formula that includes chronological feedback. The certificate gives three guarded passes. A source-bound example and a nonzero-feedback control show why a derivative relation alone is insufficient.

Validation passed:

• Registered Python 3.12 checks in normal and optimized modes: all 799 input columns, each pass, a separate transpose, frames, ownership, identical recursive profiles and semantic controls.
• Committed bytes and executable modes; official export and input coverage.
• Optimized replay with Git absent and exported sources read-only, in 4.47 seconds. All 11 exported files and their modes stayed unchanged.

Full source-history preflight is unavailable in this shallow checkout. The retained source has exact head, SHA256 and Git blob pins. Native phase, complete caller, precision, compiler, BIT and outer suites are inherited or unrun; no new runtime or theorem acceptance is claimed. Hosted CI passes at head 66f4d2d7f8269fb058c3759c019e677516891082. The initial hosted run could not resolve the fork-only source commit. The retained-source archive format now supplies the same word, with SHA256 and Git blob checks in the verifier. Hosted replay authenticates these bytes but does not establish publication ancestry. Independent scientific review is pending. The donor's requested large κ improvement remains unmet.
