All fourteen ADD coefficients in the released G20 dense/sparse catalogues now have literal residue preparation, original-owner affine execution and complete descriptor erasure. This includes signed1/4,1/2,3/2 and integers1 through4, for every odd positive Q, both orientations and arbitrary complete later-target fibers. Q=1 has its explicit zero-residue branch. Program tables are independent of width and payload.

The complete pipeline stays inside1024V transitions and64V visited cells, V=P Q^2 G S. It pays for coefficient and zero-offset preparation, the shear, owner installation, private cleanup and both descriptor erasures. There is no supplied coefficient, runtime host inverse or extra clean output bank. The new work adapts the retained PR5332 quarter transducer, compiles its explicit-edge/five-symbol ABI into the literal nineteen-tape machine, and links the PR5842 owner interface. The predecessor arithmetic is credited, not claimed new.

Both literal interpreters pass1036 descriptor cases through4097-bit moduli,1022 retained-interpreter ABI comparisons,366 complete leaves over142886 payload bits and84 whole-bank inverse round trips. Complete Q125 pair fibers run for1/4 and3/2, and Q1 one-bit fixtures include setup. Nine semantic controls, all42 complete fixed tables and typed receipts pass. Registered Python3.12, committed bytes/modes, source corruption and sealed read-only Git-free optimized replay pass. Full-history preflight was not run in the shallow checkout; hosted CI and independent scientific acceptance remain separate.

This prices the complete later-target coefficient/owner class at its stated stream interface. Actual G20 heads/extent producers, earlier-target movement, low cache, carry/type commit, padding, borrowed return, full caller bill and all five framework assumptions remain open. No new kappa or frontier change.

Clean-checkout source repair: the initial hosted job could not resolve pending predecessor commits. SOURCES.json now binds the exact retained input copies in this PR history; retained_predecessors preserves every original head, path, blob and SHA256 plus the retained file/archive member. Original and retained bytes were checked equal. Metadata, committed bytes/modes and declared-pin ancestry checks pass. Source bytes, mathematical assertions and scientific receipts are unchanged. The full-history preflight remains unrun in this shallow checkout. Hosted replay is queued for the new head.
