The complete runtime affine shear now installs its result in the same original physical owner. The four new fixed tables cover every positive P,Q,G,S, all0<=c,C<Q, both directions and the linked half-coefficient programs. They need no separate clean output bank, owner rename or source-retirement oracle. Existing separate-output tables remain byte-for-byte unchanged by default.
The source gather already retains the entire input in two owned buckets. Rewind the original owner before emission, consume those buckets into it, then restore every descriptor, private cell and head. The all-size proof keeps the complete1024V transition/64V visited-cell bounds, V=P Q^2 G S. Every valid call uses exactly three fewer transitions and V+1 fewer visited cells than the matched source. The19-slot/seven-symbol layout remains; tape1 is never accessed and can hold arbitrary spectator data. This completes an owner boundary, not a new kappa or full multiplier.
Both retained sparse and dense interpreters agree on every cell, head, step and span for496 generic and10 linked-half calls,26920 payload bits and50 full-bank inverse round trips. Complete small coefficient families, all Q3 basis columns, all Q2 payloads, zero/nonunit coefficients, composite moduli and translated origins pass. Ten controls include a regenerated missing-owner-rewind table and endpoint-preserving extra work. Registered Python3.12, committed bytes/modes, source corruption and read-only Git-free optimized replay pass. Full-history preflight was not run in the shallow checkout; hosted CI and independent scientific acceptance remain separate.
General coefficient producers, earlier-target routing, actual ROW/cache/extent presentation, padding, native and rounded children, final compiler and all five framework assumptions remain open. The frozen source kernels and proofs retain their bytes and attribution. DELTA.json exposes every adaptation.
