All111 sparse G20 port routes now have an exact all-width low/high implementation, in both directions and for both PR5820 bases. Whole-word carry fusion reduces potential final translation sites from74460 to28492 for the tree and53448 to28492 for the scale-free basis over the actual7548 markers. The original linear words stay fixed. These are named correction counts, not equal-tariff runtime savings or a new BIT/kappa result.
The proof supplies the exact carry cocycle, width-independent dyadic denominator/height bounds, committed-low inverse restoration, complete high-fiber preservation and the N=127f row/lane embedding. Stage ordinals are bound to the actual nonconsecutive source labels. Every marker's index, owner, port and phase is rebuilt from the source calls.
Verification covers444 directed routes,22200 full-width cases against both a separate dense modular oracle and elementary carry interpreter,2220 noncommuting cocycles,3100 exhaustive rational two-coordinate cases, three complete cover fixtures and6096 active flat addresses. Six controls reject missing carry, stale low type, wrong order, an omitted correction, wrong owner and an ineligible modulus. Registered Python3.12, committed bytes/modes, source corruption and read-only Git-free optimized export replay pass. Full-history preflight was not run in the shallow checkout; hosted CI and independent scientific acceptance remain separate.
Literal heads, cache preparation/erasure, coefficient-specific ROW/tape tariffs, padding, borrowed return, complete current-caller binding and all five inherited framework assumptions remain open. The earlier elementary carry identity is credited; this contribution supplies its complete G20 binding and whole-word fusion.
Canonical claim and handoff. Exact source: PR5820 at04b5db84b4b02bdc17e1c6287dfcf8b9c04199d4. Credit ToikY PR5801/5805, Nick Petalas selected-bit-qadic-route, Tekalign PR3343/4000, JoyboyBrian and all retained G20/native/ROW authors. Ali Romman with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance; Apache-2.0. The unchanged test-only PR5761 dependency ba8a9e6 retains its authorship and provenance.
Clean-checkout source repair: the initial hosted job could not resolve pending predecessor commits. SOURCES.json now binds the exact retained input copies in this PR history; retained_predecessors preserves every original head, path, blob and SHA256 plus the retained file/archive member. Original and retained bytes were checked equal. Metadata, committed bytes/modes and declared-pin ancestry checks pass. Source bytes, mathematical assertions and scientific receipts are unchanged. The full-history preflight remains unrun in this shallow checkout. Hosted replay is queued for the new head.
