The latest G20 local caller has finite native probes at101 and10201 and a written normal-form argument. This package independently checks the rational identities behind that argument:636 used frames,2367 directed residuals, all14794 events and all685 input columns, including48 arbitrary dirty owned fields. It imports no predecessor constructor, geometry or scalar checker. The proof covers every input function under the retained paired-address native contract, for every odd modulus coprime to12.
Both directions of the frame506 and508 target normalizers pass. Counting actual coefficients gives10944 charged terms, including both address halves and all occurrences. The exact local paid histogram and positive majorant3189524 match the source.
A rank-one nonidentity native involution fixes both published probe points over the rationals and modulo101 and10201, yet changes the first unit input. This control shows why the exact operator obligations matter; it is not a counterexample to the source program.
Validation: registered CPython3.12.14 replay, ten semantic rejection controls, exact source blobs, and the sealed optimized Git-free/read-only replay recorded in VALIDATION.md. Source PR5708 remains pinned at829d01fc031f7323ffcfa423fdfd1f24dcbe3190. Full-history provenance was unavailable in the shallow checkout. Hosted CI and independent human review are pending.
This resolves the local native/normalizer portion of the released PR5679/5708 review request. It does not recheck the global source stream, construction search, stock, full finite fee, compiler or ordinary backend; no new kappa or selected-frontier change. Canonical scope and remaining handoff.
Credit Dugongue PR5657/5665, ai-nanachi PR5512, Ali Romman PR5679/5708 and all retained native/helper/controller/ordinary contributors. The native formula and scalar construction are source results. New rational checker and proof binding by Ali Romman with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance; no subagents. This is a separate checker from the same contributing account, not independent human acceptance. Apache-2.0.
