Change and mathematical scope
Adds a source-derived tagged-stream adapter and uniform address/phase proof for the actual rank-3 data climb (family 65689), including nonzero translation and absolute phase. This is a partial contribution: helper-host views, complete FOUR/base coverage and physical tape cost remain unimplemented. The first helper is bound separately to actual family 206381, demonstrating why the data route cannot be reused blindly. No new kappa or selected-frontier change.

After: The actual
bw_emit/lower_child/stage_framepaths bind the f=2,e=147 descriptor. Normal and optimized registered replay pass: 403 affine/phase inversions, three exact source-operator endpoint columns, eight rejection controls, and one streamed owner-fill helper witness (about 3 seconds total). A deliberate g-versus-d confusion fails.Merge Danger

Only a new research package changes. The child remains an abstract recursive ABI; no fixed-tape ordering/price, whole-class verification or multiplication theorem is claimed. Cinna Davis PR4088/4100, JoyboyBrian PR5029, unpaidmoon PR4375, Matarener PR4424 and retained Clifford/native/E8/helper authors keep their credit. Prepared by JoyboyBrian with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance.

b2_complex_whole_packet_adapter/uniform-transfer-audit; canonical investigation. Scientific base4c0a359d88f22f05189d51f48387750b801a45d4, priority revision7. The actual first fixture exposed cover-row/native-chart binding that PR5029 leaves conditional. Complete FOUR/base coverage was the starting objective; this contribution narrows to a source-derived data-climb class and separately identifies the first helper host view rather than fabricating coverage.Credit

See the package questions: first construct the actual residual helper host view, then prove each remaining event class separately. Complete fixed-tape ordering and cost remain distinct obligations.
A separate Astra exact-head proof/source review found no actionable issue; registered normal/optimized replay passed in about2 seconds total. This is AI-assisted finite calibration plus a scoped proof, not human/proof-kernel acceptance or complete native admission.

ff3cc58e3was fetched on 2026-10-23; governing guidance and selected record are unchanged. Fresh advisory overlap covered 371 open PRs and 4587 discussion records with complete reported pagination. No competing implementation of this precise scoped result was found; arbitrary diffs and unpublished work remain outside that coverage. Official package export/check and an optimized Git-free replay pass. A separate Astra source/proof review confirmed the exact submitted head; this does not constitute human or proof-kernel acceptance.
