PR5162's standalone interchange still runs its encoded counters and routing through Python methods. This package supplies the complete callee as one fixed4589-instruction program using only local read/test, write, unit move, jump and halt. Descriptor magnitudes remain on tapes; no runtime method trampoline, decoded cardinality, allocator callback or width-dependent program survives.
The written refinement covers arbitrary encoded H>=0 and positive A,G,S, including owned identity at H=0, all digit passes, distinct output, borrowed preservation and repeatable cleanup on15 fixed private tapes. It gives a conservative complete instruction bound and a checked finite control-only path bound. The actual H2/A1/G1024/S12 CRT u/back caller processes196608bits and performs paid installation back to its original source port before disposal:64,320,991 literal instructions.
Validation: complete normal replay passes5.453s; official frozen Git-free export under CPython3.12.2
-O, with emptyPATH, passes5.994s and leaves all15 files unchanged. Controls include widths0..5,24 independent columns, repeated ownership, actual queue/prefix/erase mutants, forbidden callbacks/control-only cycles, source corruption, strict typed receipts and real missing-file subprocess rejection. Package metadata, committed-byte/source-history and export integrity checks pass. Independent agent source review is recorded in VALIDATION.md; it is not human or kernel acceptance.The machine has five local symbols and binary payloads. Two-symbol alphabet lowering, retained-backing bounds, a literal whole raw/repair caller, supplied-ROM production, current selected/native admission, all-size multiplication and new kappa are excluded. Valid disjoint input tapes are supplied; malformed-error rollback is not claimed. The original source archive and attribution remain unchanged.
