PR2825/2845 left a complete-caller storage obligation: numerical prefixes and individual packet/action envelopes did not yet give a reserve at Consumer.apply entry. This package joins the unchanged PR2697 setup, frame validation, all packet tags, generator suspension and output copying into one conditional source-array bound K0 + G + T + max(six phases).

The ledger includes warm numerical high water, all count/serialized/payload categories, the previous cleared directory prefix during replacement, four validation Callback stack cells retained across the packet loop, non-ADD q² bucket markers, and cleared count backing until its final reference. PR5108's actual ADD result is reused as an attributed inner component. All 19 caller files match the PR2749 source cohort; the lazy child dependency is explicitly bound as well.

Validation uses the actual width-64, rank-1, depth-2, modulus-3 directory/frame setup with two old prefixes, cold and with 4,500/80 warm slots. Separate complete small packets cover ADD, swap and sign individually and in a four-pass sequence over moduli 3 and 9. Independent integer permutations check every output position, ownership and borrowed restoration. A three-cell validation-stack budget rejects the actual four-cell cut; closed-counter backing remains charged. The actual 64-dimensional payload is not materialized or replaced by the small fixture.

Registered Python 3.12 normal/optimized replay, independent scoped source/proof review, committed-byte/source-history checks, official 48-file export integrity and Git-free optimized cold replay passed. Missing/changed sources and receipt corruption reject. Export SHA256: 73d6dda27bb883f2a6353541aec9e0cbe838f04a134d3e92970405a55868cf39.

This is a written conditional source-array theorem with finite corroboration. It does not establish Python heap bounds, physical bank/movement costs, exceptional rollback, complete SelectedNode or deeper recursive/outer grants, current selected supplier admission or a new κ. Canonical successful semantics and inherited component lemmas remain explicit premises. The open questions identify those remaining boundaries.

Canonical claim: #2319 (comment)

Submission checkpoint: canonical main20a1e31bc6009b9b3f4d084bbaadc6350e34fcba and governing guidance reconfirmed unchanged.311openPRs/4281Discussionrecords/6884HEADnotes cached10:13–10:14UTC; wholeConsumer source closure distinguished from existingADD-only andnamedpacketcomponents. Unpublishedwork outsidecoverage.

Hosted validation follow-up: the original plan job failed on the same eight inherited descendant-source-role/onboarding fixture cases reproduced at base20a1; the research replay job was skipped. Exact job logs were read and compared, not counted as successful replays. The fixture repair in PR #5123 is now merged into canonical main. This PR was subsequently merged by upstream; archive/tooling intake does not retroactively turn its failed or skipped hosted jobs into passing scientific validation. The local evidence above retains its stated scope.
