The selected QUERY_SHEAR contract needs an owned copy that survives a child call, updates the original destination, and is erased before returning. This package implements that complete local lifecycle on the authenticated signed-record tapes for event 5 / stage 2 / pair 0 / port 0, including complete spectator fibres and two simultaneously suspended parent slots.
The fixed prepare/finish tables contain 243/248 instructions on eight distinct ports per parent. For N = 2Mp payload bits, the scoped proof gives at most 256N+256 local transitions, 8N+32 visited cells, and retained backing bounded by entry K0+8N+32. The implementation checks signed overflow, preserves borrowed sources/descriptors, erases owned payload/work, and restores heads. Completed child/chart/translation semantics, numerical range, and global allocation remain explicit premises. The finite child fixture uses exact semantic models; it is not admitted child execution. Failure does not promise rollback.
Validation: registered replay passes under Python 3.12.2 normally and with
-O; actual source codecs cover p=5,9,17 and the original all-width p=4097 path. Fourteen controls cover overflow, aliasing, wrong child heads/ports, borrowed writes, truncated records, omitted erasure, spectator semantics, and pre-existing blank backing. Independent code/proof review confirmed instruction counts and corrected the backing bound; its precise scope and hashes are in REVIEW.json.Committed-source/history and export checks pass for all 24 manifest files. A cold export passes normal and optimized replay with Git absent and files read-only. Altered source pins and a real omitted-erasure mutation both fail, and all 25 cold files remain byte-identical after restoration.

Claim: #5009 (comment)
This is a conditional local physical ABI result, not a complete multiplication theorem or selected-frontier update. Open next questions are recorded in the package.
Prepared by JoyboyBrian with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance; Apache-2.0. Retains David Arias/PR2776 finite-control macros, PR5039 ownership accounting and the authenticated Gaussian record/source lineage. No independent human or proof-kernel acceptance is claimed.
Hosted snapshot: the plan job failed on eight inherited shared-tool fixture tests after the Git-root change entered canonical main; no package replay started. The exact failures match the standalone-helper and historical-source-role fixture errors fixed separately in PR5123, whose hosted plan passes. This research package and frozen inputs are unchanged; the failed job is not counted as successful scientific replay.
