+PR #493 bit pin and repackaging: Rohan Arun with Claude Opus 5.5 (Anthropic) assistance. This directory is a copy of DreamingOfClouds' PR #484
+package `e8-complex-gauge-kernel` (Apache-2.0) with those additions; the footprint rule is PR #471's (Dugongue); the R489 bit supplier is PR #493's (eumemic).
