The concurrent all-length receiver certificates use different finite abstractions. This contribution adds a separately implemented three-ancestry frame model and an executable, source-pinned comparison of #4581 and #4582. All three agree on every one of the 128 PR4470 window contracts, their incumbent bills and all 239 terminal rank partitions.

The written containment/termination argument covers arbitrary finite shear length and arbitrary constant coefficients under the fixed three-field monotone-frame contract. Integer capped-rank inequalities establish the floor for every increasing concave rank cost with f(0)=0, including r^(1-C) for 0 <= C < 1. This implementation has 1,603 states; the peers report 1,303 and 1,496. These counts reflect representations, not different mathematical gains. No new kappa or exclusive novelty is claimed.

New files are confined to research/receiver-all-length-floor/. The peer receipts are retained as exact compressed inputs with original Git blob and SHA256 checks; peer proof code is neither imported nor certified. The comparison checks full subspaces rather than basis spelling. Discussion #4573 records the claim, the concurrent-overlap discovery and the narrowed corroboration scope. Concurrent #4572/#4582, #4577/#4581 and #4574 are credited explicitly.

Validation on Windows / CPython 3.12.0 / standard library:

  • Registered metadata/pin checks and all three replay commands pass.
  • A separate actual-subspace traversal exhausts all 1,728 triples of comparable F2^2 entrance/exit frames; every geometric partition is admitted. Six optimized controls cover ancestry, terminal payment, incompatible frames, extraction, concavity and source corruption.
  • All 18 package/input files pass committed-byte validation; the committed export passes integrity checking.
  • Optimized verifier, controls and peer comparison pass again from the extracted Git-free tree.

Reproduce:

python3.12 -B scripts/research_package.py --package research/receiver-all-length-floor

Base and final checked canonical main: f626db5c3a3d781d8f7695038776c621651f75e1, priority revision 7. Contribution head: 4f05085bfd3ef9f7ab54a4c30c0d6bd84bd4333c. The final helper refresh covered 358 open PRs and 3,493 Discussion records; all 5,860 tracked top-level local README/TASK notes were searched. This is dated overlap evidence, not a novelty certificate.

Limits: extra/owned fields, nonmonotone movement, changed boundaries, nonadjacent and simultaneous overlapping rewrites remain outside scope. Window costs cannot be summed as disjoint modifications. Physical/native, precision, stock, tape and compiler/outer admission are not reverified. No formal or independent human proof verification, selected cold replay or hosted-CI pass is claimed. The historical baseline helper stopped at omitted selected source packages in the sparse checkout; it is not reported as a pass. The selected frontier remains 23/10000.

Credit Chris R / Clear1nsight (#4546), Ryanson Jonathan (#4567), Cinna Davis (#4470), zxv, Jacob Alan Sussman and the retained native/Clifford/geometry/outer lineage, plus the concurrent investigations above. Prepared for mihir-s-05 with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance; Apache-2.0.
